At BEAUTIQ.AE, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Please review our exchange and return conditions below.

1. Return Eligibility

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unopened, in their original packaging and accompanied by proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Products

Opened perfumes, perfume decants, fragrance samples, discovery sets, used cosmetics and personalised products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. Statutory rights for defective goods remain unaffected.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours, with your order number and photos. This timeframe does not limit your legal rights.

4. Exchanges

Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval. Products must meet our return conditions unless they are defective or incorrectly supplied.

5. Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. We aim to process refunds within 7–14 business days, subject to bank processing times.

6. Return Shipping Charges

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs on change-of-mind returns. For confirmed defective or incorrect products, BEAUTIQ.AE will cover return shipping where required by law.

7. Fragrance Preferences

Fragrance performance and scent perception vary between individuals. Personal scent preferences alone do not qualify for returns of opened products, unless the product is defective or not as described.
